VAGINA THERAPY STRICTLY FOR THE LADIES

Ladies..if you are big enough to have sex or be sexy, then you should be wise enough to take care of your VAGINA...

A woman's womb is the emblem of life itself , it is unique to women, the holder of life and the 'waiting room between the physical and spiritual worlds of New life. It therefore means that a woman's Vagina should be treated with respect because it is the door way of life..(RIP to the woman who was raped ,killed and a big stick inserted into her vagina ..May her killers die a thousand deaths before their death and may they never know peace even when they are caught because they have mocked the essence of creation : the woman's womb and vagina)
Ladies , any IDIOT can call you a HOE..but you must never answer to that name..because that is not the name GOD gave you..GOD calls you a Mother and a Wife....Please take care of your Vaginas..
African Mother and Child Painting by Sheila Diemert

While researching on VAGINA THERAPY  I found ,15 CRAZY THINGS I BET YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT YOUR VAYJAYJAY ( My hilarious comments are in bracket..)

  • Pubic hair is not just a biological accident that forces us to the waxing salon. It serves three critical functions. First, it protects the delicate vagina. Second, it serves as a reproductive billboard to alert potential mates that you are biologically (if not emotionally) prepared to procreate. And last, it's a pheromone carpet and traps the scents that lead potential mates to the promised land. So you might think twice before you shave it all off. It's there for a reason.( Embrace your afro..lol)
  • There are 8000 nerve endings in the clitoris, dedicated exclusively to female pleasure. The penis only has 4000. Who says God didn't take care of us girls? (Thats why the jealous men call you HOE..ignore them joor , because you are wonderfully made by GOD )
pleasure is a dual game..no cheating lol
  • The average vagina is 3-4 inches long, but fear not if your guy is hung like a horse. The vagina can expand by 200% when sexually aroused, kind of like a balloon. Remember, the vagina was made to birth babies, so it's exceedingly elastic. If you have pain when getting it on with someone large, you can use dilators to help stretch the vagina so you can accommodate the whole package. (All that stress and pain for pleasure?..if he is too big my sister please save your womb and run for your life ..lol)
  • The vagina doesn't connect to the lung. While the vagina can expand, it's not an open conduit to the abdominal cavity. While microscopic sperm can swim through a tiny hole in the cervix, a tampon simply won't fit. So if you lose something in there, don't worry. Reach in all the way and pull it out. Do not -- I repeat, do not -- go hunting for whatever you've lost with a pair of pliers. Think of your vagina as being like a sock. If you lose a banana in a sock...it stays in the sock. (hmmmmn ..please make sure the condom is firmly secure , avoid high blood pressure)
  • Yes, it's true -- your vagina can fall out, it can turn inside out just like a worn out sweat sock and hang between your legs as you get older. But don't fret; this condition -- called pelvic prolapse -- can be fixed.
  • Vaginas have something in common with sharks. Both contain squalene, a substance that exists in both shark livers and natural vaginal lubricant. (Cue music: "She's a maneater...") ( WE MAKE MEN CRY..NATURALLY ..LOL)
  • You can catch sexually transmitted diseases even if you use a condom. Sorry to break it to you, but the skin of the vulva can still touch infectious skin of the scrotum -- and BAM! Warts. Herpes. Molluscum contagiosum. Pubic lice. So pick your partners carefully. (All that glitters is not gold ..BAD MEN GO TO CHURCH TOO...HUNT OR BE HUNTED CAREFULLY ABEG).
  • The average length of the labia minora is less than ¾ inch long (yes, someone got out a ruler and measured 2981 women). Only 1.8% of women have labia longer than 1 ½ inches. But remember, every vulva is different and special. Some lips hang down. Some are tucked up neatly inside. Some are long. Some are short. Some are even. Some aren't. All are beautiful. You're perfect just the way you are.
  • While hair on your head can live up to seven years, pubic hair has a life expectancy of about three weeks, which is why it only grows so long. So don't worry if you opt not to groom your pubes -- you won't need to braid them any time soon. ( how about a dreadlocked Vayjayjay?..not for the weak..the perfect APRIL FOOL'S PRANK)
  • The word "vagina" comes from the Latin root meaning "sheath for a sword," which may explain why some women simply hate the word. So if you don't like the word "vagina," pick your own name for your girly parts. Just call it something and don't be afraid to talk about it. (You can call it POWER HOUSE )
  • Only about 30% of women have orgasms from intercourse alone. The clitoris is where the action is. Most women who do orgasm during sex have figured out how to hit their sweet spot, either from positioning or from direct stimulation of the clitoris with fingers. (RESPECT TO THE MEN WHO KNOW HOW TO PLEASURE WOMEN....MEN WHO ARE BAD BEDMATES ARE LEARNERS...lol)

  • Increasing evidence suggests that the G spot feels good because it lies right over a deep part of the clitoris. Although experts describe the G spot as being inside the vagina on the anterior wall, just under the urethra, the crura of the clitoris actually runs right there. And a recent study demonstrated that vaginal orgasms may actually be deep clitoral orgasms. But who cares? An orgasm is an orgasm. Appreciate it, regardless of where it comes from. (ALL ENJOYMENT IS ENJOYMENT..SAY NO CHEATING, SAY NO TO "2 MIN INDOMIE MEN"!!)
if you dont do this during your intimate moments then he is a learner (in OLAMIDE'S VOICE..lol)
  • Vaginal farts (some call them "queefs" or "varts") happen to almost all women at one time or another, especially during sex or other forms of exercise. So don't be embarrassed if your hooha lets out a toot. You're perfectly normal. (YEP..TELL HIM ITS NATURE...#DISCLAIMER...PLEASE DONT FART INTO HIS MOUTH IF HE IS DOING THE DISHES DOWN THERE WITH HIS TONGUE O...A TRIAL MIGHT CONFUSE BOTH OF YOU)
  • Some women do ejaculate during orgasm, but you're normal if you don't. The controversial "female ejaculation" most likely represents two different phenomena. If it's a small amount of milky fluid, it likely comes from the paraurethral glands inside the urethra. If it's a cup, it's probably pee. Many times, it may be a little bit of both. But don't stress out about peeing on yourself. Put a towel under you and surrender to the experience. (I AM NOT SURE HE WILL APPRECIATE THAT GOLDEN RAIN DURING COITAL ALIGNMENT LOL)
  • Safe sex (or even just orgasm alone) is good for you. Benefits include lowering your risk of heart disease and stroke, reducing your risk of breast cancer, bolstering your immune system, helping you sleep, making you appear more youthful, improving your fitness, regulating menstrual cycles, relieving menstrual cramps, helping with chronic pain, reducing the risk of depression, lowering stress levels, and improving self esteem. So go at it, girlfriends! (IF ONLY HIS PENIS WILL ALLOWS HIM TO BE FAITHFUL TO ONE WOMAN...BUT THATS ROCKET SCIENCE FOR MEN)
WOMAN..KNOW THYSELF AND APPRECIATE THY VAGINA...The vagina is the creator of life and the portal of pleasure.
But it's also where we carry many traumas -- menstrual cramps, childbirth trauma, molestation, rape, abortion, and painful gynecological exams. If we don't release these traumas, they back up and manifest in a whole host of health conditions like depression and chronic pelvic pain. We must talk about our Lady parts .BE LIBERATED.

TRULY PEOPLE ARE BEING DESTROYED FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE...

I ALSO FOUND THESE EASY STEPS FROM WIKIHOW ON HOW TO CARE FOR THE VAGINA...
  • Keep healthy. This may seem like a no brainer -- keep healthy to keep a healthy vagina. For this you need to minimize sugar intake, and maximize yogurt intake. Why yogurt? Simple, really. The bacteria in your vagina is a certain type that is in only a couple of foods that you can find in the grocery store. It just so happens, though, that yogurt contains good bacteria called acidophilus. Sugar, meanwhile, promotes the type of bacteria that the yogurt bacterias, if you will, try to kill off. So, as said before, minimize sugar, and maximize yogurt, sugar-free preferably.

  • Keep yourself clean. A large cause of infections happen simply because sweat or oils built up until there was nothing for it to do except fester and form an infection. Never fun. So bathe and shower regularly, and try and keep "down there" as clean as possible, without using a douche. Douches clean too much-- they take away some of the bad bacteria, but then they also take away massive amounts of the good bacteria. Unfortunately, the bad bacteria builds itself up, and you're worse off than before. Douching can also lead to increased inflammation (vaginitis).  A simple washcloth, with a small amount of mild unscented soap and water works fine, The vagina is constantly flushing itself. So allow it to work the way it was designed. (Have you ever tried spraying a perfume down there..I COMMENT MY RESERVE ..A TRIAL WILL CONFUSE YOU..DON'T DARE LOL)
  • Use condoms! Condoms, while helping to protect you against pregnancy, also help keep your vagina clean. Having unprotected sex often can lead to vagina problems as well as the obvious pregnancy and STDs.

  • Use dental dams and gloves If you receive oral sex or are being fingered.

  • Wear cotton underwear. Cotton is very breathable, if you will, and allows the vagina to get air circulating around it. This helps to keep things from building up "down there", and also helps maintain good skin around the vagina area.

  • Take out your old tampons. Leaving a tampon in your vagina too long, more than six hours, is a very bad idea. It can cause a toxic syndrome (TSS), as well as some very disgusting build up. Use smaller size and change sooner. Changing out pads often is also a good idea-- leaving a pad on too long can cause serious irritation to the skin on and around the vagina like diaper rash! So keep the diaper rash at bay, and change your pad throughout the day.
  • Avoid sprays and scented soaps. Actually, try and avoid soaps "down there" as much as possible. They can get caught in the crevices of the vagina and fester. And you have an infection of the vagina in no time at all. Sprays and scented soaps, though, are more damaging, as they are designed to leave a bit behind-- the scent, and you don't want anything left on the skin of your vagina at all. Soaps and bubble baths can also worsen vaginal dryness.
  • Visit your gynecologist regularly. Only your doctor can accurately diagnose any problems you may be having. If you do suspect anything at all, call and make an appointment as soon as you can.
A woman giving birth in post earthquake HAITI.....RESPECT
  • Rinse Well. While showering or taking a bath, rinse your vagina with lots of water, especially if you use soap. Rinsing will help remove any "build-up, discharge, etc" It will also give you that fresh scent, but if you have extra discharge or build-up, like the above step says see your gynecologist.

NIGERIA – A COUNTRY SCORNED BY TUNDE ADELEYE

The age of reason or the Age of Enlightenment was considered by historians as the significant intellectual movement of the 18th century, predominantly in Europe and the American colonies. The philosophers and the oppressed people demanded for democratic change from the repressive ruling class, and ensured that “those who made peaceful change impossible made violent change inevitable”. The end result was the social revolutions that swept across Europe most notably the French Revolution of 1789 and the American War of Independence of 1776. In Latin America, it was a revolution that brought Fidel Castro of Cuba to power in 1959. In modern times, particularly in 2011, the Arab spring snowballed first in North Africa and led to a spate of revolutions in the Middle East. The purposeful disregard for the civil rights and liberties of people, and a breakdown in the Social Contract between the government and the people, was a justifiable reason to invite social uprisings from the oppressed people in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa.

The Social Contract, as it is applicable to Nigeria at present, seems to have broken down irretrievably. Never before has it become absolutely important to peer into the contraption called Nigeria with a microscope, even if successive visionless leaders at the helm have always found it an arduous task to undertake. On the one hand, a cursory look at her evolution despite being blessed with human and capital resources, even before independence - which was more political than economic - has always presented viewers, prone to a world view of objectivity and realism, as a country deep in the quicksand of economic stagnancy, steeped in retrogression and often caught up in the endless tussle and abuse of leadership. Of course, from the same microscope, we should not be surprised if a select few view Nigeria as a country of opportunism, where nation building is permanently placed on the back burner and sacrificed almost nonchalantly on the altar of an insatiable appetite for wealth and power.

With hindsight, I am not overtly perturbed and seriously keen to engage in the discourse regarding the controversial book by Professor Chinua Achebe entitled - There was a country. At best the book is a personal and historical narration of events that occurred during the Nigerian - Biafra civil war of 1967. The prolonged dialogue on the matter only serves to create a further chasm between the Igbos and the Yorubas, rather than making the divisiveness a more inclusive one to foster togetherness and unity. Notwithstanding the needless distraction that birthed the unnecessary ethnic mudslinging, to his credit, the author did offer some sound recommendations of a better Nigeria in the latter part of the book. Similarly, like millions of Nigerians, I'm more concerned about the worsening economic state of Nigeria. Where we are today as a country, is as a result of our thoughts and actions or inactions of yesterday.

As George Santayana remarked, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it”. But in moving forward, we must not allow ourselves to be stuck in history. It is like placing the entire blame of our lack of economic advancement at the doorstep of the colonial powers. It is not only a tiresome exercise; it is also an intellectually lazy approach at excusing the excesses of our inept successive rulers. History is particularly useful to learn lessons from the past as well as best practices of other societies. In the case of Nigeria, good leadership, adequate planning and prudent management of resources attached to nation building, has eluded this country right from inception. Rather than grasp and seriously tackle the way forward, we are forever looking back at history (as if that's where our help and progress as a country resides). In a country where bribery and corruption is entrenched in every sphere of the society; where a breakdown of law and order exists in a supposedly civilised society, it only ends up making a mockery of true democratic principles. In the absence of good governance, social amenities suffer. Where there is a dearth of industrial growth and investment in job creation, it leads to high rates of unemployment. As a result, the income and purchasing power of the average person is severely limited or undermined, leading to poverty.  In the main, the cultural and social values which underpin society, particularly the family, begins to be affected adversely.

In Nigeria, the attainment of power is seen as a potent drug. It has the intoxicating feeling of elevating the body, mind and the head to greater heights of invincibility. Due to the allure that power and wealth commands, public office is no longer seen as a means to offer genuine service to the people. Not surprisingly, it has helped to encourage a system where Nigerians no longer seriously question the source of anybody’s wealth any more. It is everyman for himself, and whoever is caught is adjudged to be a thief. It is instructive to note that a vast majority of Nigerians are eagerly awaiting an opportunity to occupy a public position, where they are equally prepared to compromise their own beliefs, sell their soul and good upbringing, in order to amass as much wealth as possible. Even the ardent critics of rulers who abused power suddenly become different human beings once they assume the position of power themselves. They completely become consumed and overwhelmed by it. Once they fall into the same cesspit of political power, they become excessively drunk with it and insensitive to the plight of the common man. It is said that when one cries, one still retains the ability to see. Not so for power drunk rulers. Once they are infected with power, in their wisdom, it is permissible for them to lose all sense of objectivity, reasoning and hearing.

Power drunk rulers have rejected the truth and strangled it. They have sacrificed their conscience, mortgaged their soul and hardened their hearts. Their lust for wealth, fame and power has stained the purity of their character. Character should not be confused with personality. The former is bigger than the latter, because it is the sum total of honour, dignity and conscience that forms good character. Little wonder that character cannot be bought. It is priceless, for the simple reason that consistent self-discipline and self-control is required for anyone to develop greatness of character. For when a good person dies, regardless of all their wealth and power, the only thing that speaks well for them after their demise is character.

The relentless crave for wealth and power has increasingly allowed corruption in the society to grow into a cankerworm that continues to feed on our commonwealth. The EFCC and the ICPC, set up to combat crime, are simply decorated bulldogs who bark ferociously with a formidable voice but are toothless to attack. Criminality is now celebrated with fanfare to welcome any big shot from prison that had siphoned public funds into their private accounts. An assortment of Aso-ebi materials, thanksgiving service in the church followed by merrymaking, usually ends the theme of the day’s activities. On other occasions, as long as the perpetrator of the crime can negotiate his or her way out of prison with billions of naira, the criminal matter brought before the court is quashed. That is if the case file can be found once huge amounts of money has changed hands. Whilst some people blaze this trail of attaining power and wealth through political means, others dabble into ritualism and others choose the path of indiscriminately scamming people as a profession. Once power and wealth has been attained, these are the same people (some of them at least) when being subjected to a public search at the airport; or expected to join the queue in a public place; or asked by the receptionist in a company to wait like everyone else to see the CEO, would exclaim with a loud voice for all to hear; “Just imagine! Do you know who I am? I am Sir, Chief, Dr, X..... OFR, MON, JP, Esq. How dare you?”

Honesty has since been abandoned as the best policy. The society is now morally and socially bankrupt. We delude ourselves if we keep accusing only politicians and government officials of corruption. Almost everyone is looking to outsmart or out-think one another for pecuniary gain. Almost every Nigerian is corrupt in some way, from even the average Nigerian on the streets; the market seller of products; the mechanic, the driver; the house-girl/boy and maiguard in the house, etc; all looking to inflate expenses of items bought or sold in a bid to exploit the rich oga or madam for monetary purposes. Only on very rare occasions, would you find upright Nigerians who would return a bulk of money amounting to millions of naira forgotten in a taxi to the owner. Regardless, the concept of delayed gratification does not appeal to most Nigerians anymore. Patience is no longer a virtue. Instant wealth or success on the fast lane is now the most preferred option at the expense of anyone, including close relatives. Even some churches are now operating as commercial businesses. Admittedly, churches offer spiritual sanctuary to many church goers, especially to the downtrodden. However, some pastors end up exploiting their vulnerability, ignorance as well as their finances for their own personal gain. Whilst some of these pastors live in affluence, some members of their congregation live in abject poverty, yet prosperity preaching is being fed to them from the pulpit every Sunday.

We don’t seem to value ourselves, let alone want to add value to one another without expecting something back in return either in cash or in kind, as well as to wield power and oppress one another. It is not uncommon to see some men requesting for sexual favours before they can offer assistance to a vulnerable female who desperately needs to be helped. In addition, a class system – referred to as levels - and a strong network exists, whereby you are judged by big boys or senior girls either based on the way you dress, the type of car you drive, the area you reside, your profession or the fleet of businesses you have. Woe betide anyone (with the exception of a white expatriate) no matter how well dressed or well spoken, who arrives at a business meeting to secure a business contract and the CEO sees him off after the meeting, only to discover that he flagged down an Okada bike or Keke Napep to take him to his next destination. Branding is your marketing tool to sell your image to the corporate world. In Nigeria, you either have it or you are ruthlessly relegated to the background.

In the 1980's, the brain drain exodus to the Diaspora of talented professional Nigerians occurred. Not content with the "checking out" syndrome, Nigerians seemed to have upped their game, according to a satirical but factual analysis that made the rounds over the internet some months back. It observed that "When Nigerians steal money, they keep it in Swiss Bank. When businesses want to relocate, they choose either Ghana or South Africa. When they’re sick they go to India or Germany. When they want to invest they go to America. When they want to buy mansions they buy in London or Canada. For shopping, they go to Dubai. For holidays, Paris is the preferred destination. When they want to repent, they go to Israel or Saudi Arabia.  But when they die they all want to be buried in Nigeria". It is really a sad indictment on our beleaguered polity. It's a case of if you can't beat them, you join them. After all, what is good for the goose is equally good for the gander.  Everyone wants to enjoy the highlife rather than endure life, and since there's only one life, we may as well enjoy it if we can afford it in a foreign country.

With every passing era, the times are changing fast. Either positively or negatively, the lifestyles of many Nigerians, their practices or their beliefs are changing, so too is the wide gulf between the rich and the poor. In all ramifications, our cultural heritage which made us unique as a people is being gradually eroded by Western influences and vices. It is a form of unconscious rebellion against the cultural norms inherent in our society that moulds our beliefs and way of life as a people. We want to copy and doggedly imbibe foreign cultures, but we don’t want to copy their organized system, business ethics, excellent time management, integrity and prudent management of human and capital resources. We also prefer imported products so much that we wouldn’t settle for any lesser item unless it is a designer product, no thanks to our ailing local industries. We even import designer rice worth billions of naira annually that we could easily grow ourselves at home. We abandoned our own football league and instead, have become so addicted to the English Premier League that the passion and energy we throw into it makes you wonder if we are being paid for our arm-chair football analysis. That is if the ensuing conversation does not degenerate into a heated argument leading to a free for all fight.

Conversely, respect for elders nowadays is either half baked or non-existent. Kneeling down and prostrating as a form of greeting is considered archaic and belongs to the old school era. This is the new age, an era of youthful exuberance, with flash and swagger underlying the tone of their new found unbridled freedom and independence. As the world continues to evolve, we shouldn’t be surprised at the level of change that is evident with the present generation. Certainly, if previous generations felt the same way, the present generation will also be appalled at the attitude of the coming generation. It has been like that from one era to another.

Today, it is deeply dismaying when you observe what some young girls wear that passes for a funky outfit. They flaunt their bodies with a “shake what mama gave me” type of attitude. The same can be said of boys with sagging trousers almost dropping off their bums. Similarly, our language is dying a slow and painful death and it is diminishingly unlikely that things will go back to the way they once were. The new generation of teenagers can hardly muster nor sustain a conversation in their local dialect, let alone speak it fluently without interjecting their sentences with English phrases. To appear sophisticated, we would rather adopt a foreign accent, no matter how fake, to address our peers. Anyone who happens to accompany a friend or relative travelling to the US or UK and spends about an hour to see him or her off at the MMA international airport, suddenly develops a foreign accent by the time he arrives back home that same day. Tongue twisting phrases such as “Ya’ll”, “Wha’rever”, “I’m gonna”, “I wanna”, “You know worra mean”, “Twenny”, “Hospirul”, “Parry” and other foreign swear words have now been added to our lingua franca. Some youths who lived most of their lives in Nigeria and were fortunate to reside in the US or UK, assume or change their native names to foreign names, from Chukwudi to Chuck, Bilikisu to Bill, Rafiu to Ralph, Salimotu to Sally, etc.

By the time they arrive back to Nigeria after a sojourn of 10 years in the US, they don’t wish to lose the yanky accent in a hurry. Whilst hailing a hired taxi at Surulere, the JJC calls out his destination with an American accent: “Yo! Man, Pappi Jao, Pappi Jao. You dig?” The taxi man, elated at the prospect of extorting a high fee from the JJC, may respond by saying “Enter, na N5k naira o”. To which the indigenous Nigerian is compelled to come out of the JJC when he protests “Haba, na Papa Ajao for Mushin you wan collect N5k, you don see mugu. Abeg clear!”

No doubt, Nigeria is a complex country with a particularly complex breed of people. We are a people composed of a multitude of tribes, and it is a pity that we are unable to converge and tackle the process of nation building with a collective resolve at sustainable economic development. In equal measure, there is something seriously wrong in Nigeria, even with an embarrassment of so many natural and human resources all of which still remains largely untapped. Everybody knows it. Yet the brutal and undeniable truth is that there's a great disconnect between those who will do anything to preserve the status-quo, and those who are bent on destroying it. We have lost our humanity when our rulers turn a deaf ear to the plight and cries of its people. They do not seem to value the life of its own citizens, seeing it as collateral damage for all they care. The catalogue of incidents such as air disasters, religious killings and acts of barbarism, has ended up being swept under the carpet by the government and allowed only a fleeting remembrance in our collective consciousness. Any probe commissioned by the federal government, via a committee set up to investigate any of these incidents, is usually tucked away and the recommendations never implemented. It is business as usual as if nothing happened. End of story.

As a country, we need to ask far reaching questions on why Nigeria has not fully maximized the great potential she undoubtedly possesses. Where did it really go wrong? Could the assessment be correct then that our successive rulers have never taken nation building and the management of resources seriously enough leading to bad governance, ineptitude, social decay and institutionalized corruption? Or perhaps, and I’ll allude to this, they never fully grasped what the mechanics of leadership and management really entails?

In truth, despair, disease, destitution, disaster and destruction and the infamous advanced fee fraud 419, are the negative phrases employed by the West to portray a bad image of Africa and our stunted economic development. Transparency and accountability is a far cry from political and corporate governance. Whilst some people may disagree with this stereotype, it still does not remove the fact that many people in Nigeria are suffering under the weight of economic mismanagement which inevitably has led to social decadence. Many Nigerians have lost hope for the present as well as for the future betterment of Nigeria should the crippling social and economic situation continue unabated. Untold hardship and many years of toiling without anything to show for it have sapped their strength and the ability to struggle any further. Ironically, we are adjudged to be the happiest and most religious people on earth. Lately, a character called Akpos has been providing comic relief to many Nigerians via the Internet and smart phones. In addition, sports, entertainment, Nollywood films and partying seem to create a bond of togetherness and a temporary relief to mask the struggle they continue to endure.

Yet in the midst of the palpable gloom that continues to envelope Nigeria, some youths still find an avenue to dream. The unquestionable perception that Nigerians are industrious and will latch on to an opportunity if given the chance is not misplaced. Ours is a country that is not devoid of talent. Indeed, it is not uncommon to see many youths aspiring to be self sufficient and independent. Two prime examples of their demonstrable talent can be seen in the movie, entertainment and comedy industry that gulps staggering returns in millions of dollars annually. There are other notable entrepreneurship examples of small scale businesses borne out of ingenuity such as the pure water and mobile toilet businesses.

The potential for a great Nigeria can still happen as long as hope of her greatness can still be retained by Nigerians. If a country like Ghana was able to overcome a period of economic gloom that affected it in the 1980’s, and South Africa was able to see out a turbulent apartheid era, I see no reason why Nigeria cannot achieve the same economic progress. Presently, the only way the economic problems can be sorted out is if we strive to correct the mess we created ourselves. No one is going to do that for us. As history has authoritatively informed us, change is not given free when demanded. It has always been wrestled and taken out of the grasp of oppressors who have refused to back down to the will of the people. There are no quick fix solutions to the numerable problems afflicting Nigeria. Change can happen in incremental stages in our society, but only if we are seriously desirous of change and have the character of mind to accommodate it.

Evidently, we have chosen to be passive rather than reactive to the dilemma facing this country. We would rather leave everything to prayer and fasting. In biblical times, even those two spiritual acts were not enough to topple Pharaoh when he refused to let the Israelites go. We seem content to bask in the hopelessness of Nigeria’s dire economic situation that seems to lurch from one wholesale problematic crisis to another. We forget that we hold our destiny in our hands. Not even wishful thinking, without positive action can ever make it go away. What continues to defeat my understanding is that the democratic principles of sound governance in advanced countries, which we claim to mirror, are a great departure to how we practice it in our own country. Sure, Rome was not built in a day. A foundation was laid and it was built brick by brick. In the case of Nigeria, our rulers seem to be laying the foundation, placing one brick after another until a fence is erected, only to use a bulldozer to destroy it and start all over again. A case of one step forward, ten steps backwards. Yet, we cannot continue to be passive with a siddon look approach. We have to keep talking and demanding for democratic change. As Martin Luther King Jr. said “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter”.

The issue of leadership, corruption, unequal distribution of resources and the failure to practice true federalism has always been the bane of Nigeria. We need progressive leaders who have vision, the ability to plan and to execute policies effectively for the betterment of its citizens. My Nigerian dream is to live in a country that has a functional and organized system. With this system, everything else falls into place, but attitudinal change in Nigerians as well as the management of human and natural resources has to be fully harnessed to make the system work. My dream is that one day Nigeria will arrive at the summit of greatness, where bad governance will be replaced with social justice, equality, shared prosperity for all and an environment where every Nigerian has the opportunity to thrive. Re-branding Nigeria is not costly. All hands must be on deck to improve Nigeria's image. We cannot afford to entrust it alone to our rulers. Everyone has a role to play. We must be the light rather than curse the darkness. For now, collectively we can only dream for a better Nigeria. But the only way to make our dreams come true for Nigeria to become great is to wake up.

IS MASTURBATION A SIN OR NECESSARY EVIL ?

Masturbation is defined as the manual stimulation of the genital organs (of yourself or another) for sexual pleasure. There are many slang names for masturbation There are many slang terms for masturbation which include ; jacking off , jilling off , jerking off, spanking the monkey, double clicking the mouse, self-love, self service and a date with vaselina! lol

A woman in cloud 90
HISTORY OF MASTURBATION

While there are no direct references to masturbation in cave paintings or other prehistoric artifacts, the practice of masturbation by Bonobo chimpanzees, which share 98.4% percent of our DNA, provides some confirmation that masturbation has likely been practiced since the dawn of mankind. In the ancient world, depictions of male masturbation are relatively common.  The Egyptians, for example, celebrated masturbation as the process by which the sun god, Atum, created the first Adam and Eve equivalents, Shu and Tefnut.  "With the hand of their god, Atun masturbated and brought forth the first pair of souls."

The Sumerians, who invented the first written Western language, make reference to the Mesopotamian god Enki masturbating, his ejaculation filling the Tigris River with flowing water.

Condemnation of masturbation is as old as fertility-worship and is probably based on early man’s realization that there is safety in numbers.  A bigger tribe is more likely to gain new territory and expand its power base.  In theory, this is this reason that any form of sexual pleasure unlikely to result in a population increase (e.g. masturbation, homosexuality, oral/anal sex) has routinely been denounced as wrong.  They also felt masturbation mocked the natural laws of reproduction GOD has instituted .

In the Judeo-Christian tradition prevalent throughout Western society, the main Scripture quoted by Christians to denounce masturbation is Genesis 38.  In biblical times, under Jewish law, a brother was required to procreate with his brother's widow. Onan of Judah refused, and "spilled his seed" (i.e. ejaculate), on the ground instead. This is the origin of the term Onanism (The Sin of Onan) which is incorrectly used in place of masturbation — in fact, what really happened was premature withdrawal (i.e. coitus interruptus).

In the 18th and 19th century the fear of masturbation was so great that throughout the world, extreme preventative measures were instituted including the use of mechanical restraints, genital surgery, and physical discipline. By the 19th century the cereal magnate John Harvey Kellogg declared "sex for anything but reproduction" to be "sexual excess." Kellogg and others began advocating routine circumcision of males as a deterrent to masturbation.

The term, spermatorrhea, was even invented to explain nocturnal emissions, as no man was willing to admit to masturbating. Between 1856 and 1932, the U.S. Patent Office, awarded 33 patents to inventors of anti-masturbation devices.

Here are some examples Antimasturbation devices:

1. Simple Bondage-- For some, the simple answer was to tie the masturbators up and prevent them from touching themselves.

2. Leather-Jacket Corset-- A corset made out of leather and steel to be used by boys, was created by Dr. Fleck in 1831. It included a metal penis tube and "a steel band riveted to the shield permanently and attached to the body with an encircling steel band in such a manner that it cannot be removed and prevented access to the testicles." The doctor once reported that "it closes with greatest accuracy, fits to perfection, and the boy wears it continuously without having succeeded even once in reaching his genitals or pulling the machine away from his body so as to produce friction on his genitals."

3. Spike-lined Ring-- Created to prevent the nocturnal emissions and any display of night time sexuality, spike-lined penis rings were created in the 1950's by doctors in Boston.

4. Spermatorrhea Bandage-- These devices kept the penis tightly bound, thus making it impossible to have an erection.

5. Stephenson Spermatic Truss-- Patented in 1876, this device placed the penis in a pouch, and then stretched and tied down between the legs, which made erection impossible. Stephenson changed his device slightly 21 years later, adding a metal hood under which the penis could move freely. Any erection would drive the penis against painful spikes.

6. Bowen Device-- This device was like a cup that was placed over the head of the penis and attached to pubic hair by chains and clips. When the wearer got an erection, the pubic hair would be plucked painfully and the wearer would have to respond.

Bowen device
7. The Cage-- The Handbook of Medicine in 1885 offered a metal cage that could be put around a boys genitals. It would allow erections, which weren't seen as wrong, yet would prevent the boy from touching himself.

8. Dr. Moodie Apparatus for Boys-- Scotch physician John Moodie invented this truss-and-shield device in 1848. It included a penis tube with a slot on the side for the boy to push his penis out in order to urinate.

9. Penis-Cooling Devices-- These devices cooled an impending erection with either air or water; Frank Orth invented both types and patented them in 1893. He said that "the penis is inserted in the hole and between the levers so that if during the night an erection occurs, the dilatation of the penis spreads the levers, thus separating the jaws, and permitting the cold water to flow through the tube to the sack or envelope. The cold water... cools the organ of generation, so that the erection subsides and no discharge occurs."

10. Sexual Armor-- A jacket with leather pants which supports a large piece of steel armor. Perforations in the armor allowed urine to escape, yet the bolted, padlocked trapdoor at the rear would have to be opened for other business.....NA WAH O!

..Even the women were not left out!...

Beginning with the Kinsey Report of 1948, masturbation was demystified and even discovered to be beneficial. In 1966, Masters & Johnson  revealed the practice to be virtually universal in North America, cutting across all boundaries of sex, age, race, and social class. In 1971 Goldstein, Haeberle & McBride determined masturbation to be the most common form of sexual activity among humans.
It is clear that masturbation has had a dynamic and varied history.  It now almost universally accepted by the medical community that masturbation is a common, safe, and normal practice which occurs in infants, teenagers, and adults.

Despite this new attitude, the actual practice and discussion of masturbation continues to be a social taboo within most societies.  Former Surgeon General Jocelyn Elder was immediately dismissed by President Clinton in 1994 after she stated that masturbation “is something that is part of human sexuality and its part of something that perhaps should be taught.

ADVANTAGES OF MASTURBATION :

Undoubtedly, there are a few persons who masturbate and who are of immature mind, but so are there persons who do not masturbate have less sexual desire or have hang-ups about sex.

  • There is no basis for the belief that people who masturbate have less sexual desires or have hang-ups about sex. A recent survey in fact, showed that people who masturbate have increased sexual desire and have more sexual drive than those who do not. There are people who because of previous experience, as discussed in the early part of this book, are afraid of sexual intercourse. Such people find solace in masturbation for the release of their sexual desires but they are in the minority.
  • Masturbation provides an alternate sexual intercourse – free of the need and complications or cost of finding a consenting partner, free from the risk of sexually transmitted diseases, free from HIV/AIDS and free from the risk of unwanted pregnancy. Masturbation provides a chance for the girl or woman to explore her sexual response and for the man, to release his tensions when aroused at a time he is alone or not bold enough to have a regular girl friend.
  • Masturbation develops self love and familiarizes oneself with one’s own sexual response. One can relieve sexual tension without imposing on any body else.
  • Mutual masturbation, the act by which two or more partners stimulate themselves in the presence of each other, allows a couple to reveal the map to their pleasure centers. Witnessing a partner masturbate is an educational activity to find out the method a partner pleases themselves, allowing each partner to learn exactly how the other enjoys being touched
  • PREVENTION OF PROSTATE CANCER : Prostate cancer is a common problem for middle-aged men. They will be glad to know that regular masturbation greatly reduces the risk of this disease. An Australian study discovered that men masturbating at least five times a week had 33% less risk! If you're concerned about prostate cancer, here are some of the symptoms to watch for: Strange lumps on the prostate , Slow urine flow, Blood in urine , Pain in the groin area
  • MENSTRUAL CRAMP RELIEVER :While men get a reduced risk of cancer, women get their own unique benefit from masturbation. Menstrual cramps are an extremely annoying and painful part of being a woman, but orgasms provides a natural method of relief. In addition, masturbation helps with all these related health issues: Chronic back pain, Painful menstruation andYeast infections...[ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON HOW MASTURBATION HELPS RELIEVE THE EFFECT OF YEAST INFECTIONS WILL BE APPRECIATED..kindly post as comment ]

  • STRESS RELIEVER: We all deal with varying levels of stress every day, but spending time with your friend Palmela Handerson can help a lot. The body releases chemicals called endorphins that reduce pain and boost satisfaction. Having an orgasm actually provides the highest natural boost of dopamine possible. A few other activities that produce endorphins include: Running, Biking ,Playing sports and Yoga.
  • WEIGHT LOSS :You don't want to abandon your regular exercise plan or anything, but masturbation actually provides a decent workout for the time it lasts. While actual intercourse is a much more rigorous workout, one session of playing with yourself should burn at least 100 calories. In addition, you'll gain these sexy benefits :Improved pelvic muscles Prevention of erectile dysfunctionBetter endurance in bed (you'll last longer)
  • NIGHT CAP : if you're having trouble going to sleep or you just want to take a nap, then you might consider a quick masturbation session. The chemicals released during orgasm include a natural sedative that will put you right to sleep. Don't bother with sleeping pills, and have some fun instead!
Hmmmmn..Interesting!

DISADVANTAGES OF MASTURBATION
  • Most people who masturbate have a feeling of guilt of doing something they have been made to believe is bad. Most of these feelings arose from religious or cultural taboo and traditional beliefs on sexual behaviors and practices.
  • Bruising of the genital organs can occur during masturbation, particularly if they are handled roughly during the act or if there is not enough lubrication. These can cause a lot of pain and can lead to serious infection if contaminated by germs.
  • Like all habits, it may be difficult to break for some people. The tendency is also there for adolescents to do nothing else but masturbate whenever they have some free time. This is bad as it does not allow them to develop other aspects of their talent and broaden their horizon for the world ahead.
  • There is the danger that masturbation may be preferred to normal sexual intercourse, and this may affect sexual relationship after marriage.
  • In men, masturbation has been known to be associated with premature ejaculation, that is, having ejaculation before or just after sexual intercourse.
PROS VS CONS
Masturbation can make you a ‘slave to various desires and pleasures and fantasies ,’ and it fosters attitudes that can be mentally dehumanizing.  At the same time, is self-masturbation  a form of gross sexual immorality, worse than fornication? If a husband travels and his wife is in the mood , should she TOUCH HERSELF OR PRAY FOR HER SEXUAL DESIRE TO DISAPPEAR... AND IF SHE MASTURBATES , IS HER SIN OF MASTURBATION WORSE THAN THE WOMAN WHO HAS FORGOTTEN HER VOWS AT THE ALTAR AND DECIDES TO COMMIT ADULTRY...??  OR THE WOMAN WHO KNOWS SHE IS MARRIED AND ENCOURAGES MEN TO MAKE ADVANCES ON HER BY VISITING "FRIENDLY" MEN IN THEIR HOMES ?
AND SHOULD THE MAN WHO IS ADDICTED TO SEX AND CANT TAKE HIS EYES OFF ANYTHING IN SKIRTS (he needs deliverance) CONTINUE TO SATISFY HIS SEXUAL URGES WITH DIFFERENT WOMEN BECAUSE MASTURBATION IS A SIN ?....Hmmmn.
Hence, if you have a problem with masturbation, you need not conclude that you have committed the unforgivable sin. The key is to resist the urge and never to give up your fight against its influence on you and your loved ones..thats if you believe its a sin o! ..
I will love to hear your views.....lol !

However Pastor Chris of Christ Embassy insists that masturbation  is not a sin.. watch Him speak by clicking on His picture..

PROJECT GOOGLE GLASS , THE NEW HANDSFREE INTERNET BROWSING EXPERIENCE!..ITS ALL IN THE EYES

I  was watching fashion Tv last night and I noticed one of my favorite designers Diane von Furstenberg  (her prints are to die for) wearing a very trendy goggle at her fashion show in the just concluded NEWYORK FASHION WEEK! Guess what? the GOOGLE co founder Seth Wenig was back stage with her, a fine dapper young man..I bet he is smiling all the way to the bank! But isn't it lovely how the thick line between fashion and technology is getting blurry! Diane Von Furstenberg didnt have a problem assesorizing her designs with google products. The google glasses gave the models a smart futuristic look, and they came in different colors..wow!
So in my usual way I went online to do a little research and today I will share the results of that result with you..ENJOY AND BE INFORMED AND INSPIRED!

PROJECT GLASS!

They’re called Google Glass, and they are frames with built-in screens that act like the heads-up displays in high-end cars. The technology adds a digital layer to what the wearer sees by enabling Internet, an Android operating system, motion sensors, GPS and a camera. If you buy a pair of these ultralights you can update your Twitter feed, send emails and text without the inconvenience of a handheld iPhone.

Project Glass is a research and development program by Google to develop an augmented reality head-mounted display (HMD). The intended purpose of Project Glass products would be the hands-free displaying of information currently available to most smartphone users, and allowing for interaction with the Internet via natural language voice commands. This could mean that all the hype around iPhone 5 , or future iPhone 20 will all be fairytales!

Project Glass is part of the Google X Lab at the company, which has worked on other futuristic technologies, such as a self-driving car. The project was announced on Google+ by Babak Parviz, an electrical engineer who has also worked on putting displays into contact lenses;

A SMALL DISTRACTION..THE GOOGLE X LAB!
Google X Lab, sometimes known as Google X, is a secret facility run by Google thought to be located somewhere in the Bay Area of Northern California. Work at the lab is overseen by Sergey Brin, one of Google's co-founders.

About  a list of 100 projects pertaining to future technologies such as a space elevator, self-driving car, augmented reality glasses, a neural network that uses semi-supervised learning to recognize pictures of cats, and the Web of Things.
So while our Nigerian politicians are busy eating money and killing the YOUTH IN US ( borrowing the catchy phrase from KAONE IN BBA5 ). The Government should encourage the Nigerian Youth to find positve creative ways of expressing themselves. They should give us constant light, good roads and SECUIRITY. (Put the perpetrators of the dastardly act to book..finally! ). The Youth should be part of the DECISION MAKING MACHINERY! When all this is put in place then then the NIGERIAN YOUTH WILL SOAR LIKE EAGLES..even when rulled by TURKEYS AND PEACOCKS!

....BACK TO PROJECT GLASS...I CALL IT GOOGLE GOGGLES LOL..THE PROTOTYPE......

Though head-worn displays for augmented reality are not a new idea, the project has drawn media attention[12] primarily due to its backing by Google, as well as the prototype, which is smaller and slimmer than previous designs for head-mounted displays. The first Project Glass demo resembles a pair of normal eyeglasses where the lens is replaced by a heads-up display. In the future, new designs may allow integration of the display into people's normal eyewear.

The New York Times reported that GLASS would be available to the public for "around the cost of current smartphones" by the end of 2012, hmmmn! does this mean that Apple will launch "nosePhone " series one to twenty ?? !LMAO! because if this new handless information dissemination masterpiece becomes a success ..then your guess is as good as mine! lol .However Other reports have stated that the glasses are not expected to be available for purchase soon. The product (Google Glass Explorer Edition) will be available to United States Google I/O developers for $1,500, shipping early in 2013, while a consumer version is slated to be ready within a year of that.

The product began testing in April 2012. Sergey Brin wore a prototype set of glasses to an April 5, 2012 Foundation Fighting Blindness event in San Francisco. On May 23, 2012, Sergey Brin demoed GLASS on The Gavin Newsom Show and let California Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom wear GLASS. On June 27, 2012, Sergey Brin demoed GLASS at Google I/O where skydivers, abseilers, and mountain bikers wore GLASS and live streamed their point of view to a Google+ Hangout, which was also shown live at the Google I/O presentation. THESE ARE SUPER BRANDS JOOR! SUBTLE BUT DIRECT PROMMOTIONS AND ADVERTISING
Sky diving with GOOGLE GLASS!

......AND GOOGLE GOGGLES IS THE NEXT 'IT' FASHION STATEMENT!

Celebrated fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg tried on the google glasses for the first time a few months ago at a conference that she attended with Sergey Brin. She immediately loved it and they agreed to bring the glasses to New York Fashion Week. Diane is a champion for innovation and effortless design, so it’s unsurprising that Glass fit seamlessly into her production. In the week leading up to her Spring 2013 show in New York, and during the show itself, everyone from stylists and models to Diane herself used Glass to capture never-before-seen footage of the creative process.
Note to our NIGERIAN/AFRICAN FASHION DESIGNERS..UPDATE YOURSELF WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGICAL TRENDS..TALENT ALONE WILL GET YOU NO WHERE!

FASHION TIPS FROM FORBES ON HOW TO WEAR GLASS!

Bright colors. Browns, olives, maroons, and earth tones won’t look right with the vibrant palette of the rims.

Black. Black goes with everything. It’s practical, modern, sleek and chic.

Clean lines. Again, see the DVF Spring 2013 runway show. Note the simple draping and cinching on the dresses. These glasses are designed to look light and clean. The clothing should match that sentiment.

High boots or high heels. Make sure they’re tight, not slouchy, around the ankle and calf. Keep things structured with these glasses. Don’t do anything with stitching or a clunky heel.

Diane Von Furstenberg: This Is How To Wear Google Glasses : If anyone can pull this off, Ms. von Furstenberg can. Lately she’s been a powerhouse of partnerships, joining ROXY for a swimwear line that will hit stores in Spring 2013 and designing for Evian water’s 2013 limited edition bottle slated for stores in November...ANOTHER NOTE TO OUR AFRICAN DESIGNERS...FIND PROFITABLE VENTURES THAT YOU CAN MARRY INTO YOUR FASHION

Diane Von Furstenberg and  Seth Wenig front row at the fashion show!
DVF clothing is strongly feminine, always refined, and the models who wore the glasses in pink and white versions pulled it off with aplomb. (Some wore glasses that recorded the whole show, and the footage will be made into a short film available at www.google.com+DVF on Thursday.)

Models wearing GOOGLE GLASS AT THE FASHION SHOW!

I SAY WOW! I HOPE FASHION TV, GOOGLE CEO AND FOUNDING PARTNER SETH WENIG READ THIS ARTICLE AND OFFER ME A HUGE MAJOR GOOGLE ENDORSEMENT DEAL!..AMEN FOR MYSELF!

IS 'iPHONE 5 ' A LESSON IN HYPE?

iPhone lovers have been dreamingand anticipating the release of the 'almighty iphone 5'. Apple is keeping mute about the upcoming project and heightening iphone lover's expectations. Used iPhones have flooded the market in anticipation of iPhone 5. Currently on eBay, there are more than 6,000 used iPhone 4 for sale, while there are around 4,000 used iPhone 4S. People like new things sha! lol.

Most of the Apple fans are expecting the launch of iPhone 5 to be in the middle or near October 2012, due to company`s previous dates of releases.
They say that the last Apple model will has bigger screen size and is more likely to create revolution on the market, due to its specific characteristics. The manufacturing of the phone will be managed again by Foxconn. The CEO of the company said that the new iPhone will `put to shame` Samsung Galaxy S3. These words can only heat up the feeling of the fans, waiting for the revolutionary phone....HMMMN I GUESS WE WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE...

Below are some features the new iPhone 5 will contain...

A MORE POWERFUL SIRI  : Siri is the intelligent personal assistant that helps you get things done just by asking. It allows you to use your voice to send messages, schedule meetings, place phone calls, and more. But Siri isn’t like traditional voice recognition software that requires you to remember keywords and speak specific commands. Siri understands your natural speech, and it asks you questions if it needs more information to complete a task.

With the enhancement of Siri, iPhone users will be able take physical relaxation to the next level. For example, Siri will now also be able to take orders from individuals if they wish for it to open some very basic apps. Want to listen to a soulful sonata but too lazy to fumble with your iPhone? No worries! You will now be able to order Siri for it to open the music player for you. Physical input has in short been reduced to a pithy minimum. All the more reason for iPhone fanatics to rejoice! I say that's a DOUBLE WOWZA!

THE MAGIC PASSBOOK : Lack of organization has always been a problem for many people worldwide, for which, iPhone has concocted a new feature known as ‘Passbook’. This will help you organize every ticket you could possibly own, be it a ticket for an airline, a train, or even a movie theater. The Passbook will ensure that all your tickets are congregated in a single app and are available digitally with QRCodes and 2D-Barcodes.

FACEBOOK INTEGRATION: This is a feature that will probably make everyone’s lives considerably easier. It will preclude the necessity of using a particular application to share updates with your friends on Facebook. It will be possible to share anything, ranging from photos in your iPhone to your current location without the need for a specific app. Amen.

EMAIL : Emailing is going to get more sophisticated and organized than ever before. It will now be possible for individuals to sort contacts in accordance with the priority they attach to those particular contacts. For example, mails from your potential employers will be rated high-priority whereas those from that annoying man you owe twenty bucks to will be considered low-priority. Moreover, you’ll also be able to attach photos and files that you wish to mail to your contacts without having to send them through the photos app. Easy as a piece of cake!

CONNECTIVITY : It has been conjectured that iPhone 5 will have the Broadcom BCM4334 which has several perks. It draws less power while Wi-Fi is being used, allows for Wi-Fi transmission and includes an updated Bluetooth 4.0. The iPhone just keeps on getting better!

CAMERA : HD camera, new Dock Connector, support for Apple's new micro-SIM design; iPhone 5 is also likely to have a high definition camera at the front above the screen but will probably stick to 8 megapixels as the iPhone 4s

OTHER FEATURES INCLUDE :
  • It will possess a "different form factor" (I hate that expression); In computing, the form factor is the name used to denote the specifications of a motherboard - like dimensions, power supply type, location of mounting holes, number of ports on the back panel, etc.
  • It seems likely to possess a 4-inch display;
  • A new and faster processor and graphics processor, though possibly not yet an A6 chip; The processor of the iPhone has been designed similar to that of the new iPad, which is dual core with 32 NM process and the cellular base-band will also most likely be designed on the same lines as that of the iPad. It is also rumored that the new iPhone will contain a RAM of 1 GB, which is a huge milestone after the tremendous iPhone 4s.
  • A metal back -- likely aluminum and possibly (though not probably) cast using LiquidMetal alloys;
  • Support for LTE, hopefully for networks outside of North America;
  • Support for NFC is possible, though mutterings across the blog-o-sphere hint this may not come to pass.
  • The interface may become more 3D-like, potentially featuring a technology similar to that recently introduced by Tactus Technology;
  • The headphone jack may move to the bottom of the iPhone.
  • Battery life will be much improved, partly through use of power-miserly parts such as new Broadcom chips, and partly through inclusion of a bigger battery in the otherwise slimmer than ever device.
  • iPhone 5 will also be lighter in weight and contain allow for greater storage, although its market price and the exact date is still pretty much unconfirmed.

SOME KEY EXPECTATIONS THAT WERE CUT OFF...
Consumers wanted an iPhone 5, not just an upgraded iPhone 4.

Audiences across the world sat at their computers following live feeds and blogs of the Apple's iPhone event, hoping to get a glimpse of the brand-new iPhone 5. Almost two hours in, Apple CEO Tim Cook took the stage again to recap everything unveiled at the show. As audiences leaned in a little closer, expecting the iPhone 5 to be the grand finale, Cook thanked the Apple team and exited the stage, leaving audiences high and dry. No "one more thing." Remember, this is Tim Cook, not Steve Jobs....EH YAHHHH!

No new design: Yes, all that talk of a slimmer, teardrop-shaped iPhone 5 turns out to be a fantasy (at least for now). While plenty of people like the iPhone 4's design, people expect the latest and greatest gadget to look different from the previous version. The beauty here appears to be on the inside.

No 4G: This was a biggie for a lot of people and will keep many iPhone 4 owners from upgrading. We thought the odds of a next-generation iPhone offering support for 4G LTE networks was at best a 50-50 proposition. Unfortunately--and not unexpectedly--the iPhone 4S came out on the short end of the 4G stick. If it's any consolation, the 4S does offer dual-mode HSPA+ and CDMA2000 compatibility, making it a world phone. And while it's now available for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint, it doesn't appear to be coming to T-Mobile.

No big leap in battery life:  We're asking a lot for a phone with a faster dual-core processor and graphics chip to improve on battery life, but the fact is, some people were hoping Apple could continue its trend of significantly improving battery life from generation to generation. While we won't pass final judgement until we run our own battery tests, the battery life of the 4S appears to be about the same as the iPhone 4's; Apple is saying it's slightly better, but it looks pretty even to us--on paper, anyway.

And Sadly again....Theres was No "No one more thing": kwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! That just wasn't here. Sure, Apple talked up its new voice-controlled Siri personal assistant and all the new features in iOS 5, but most of that stuff we knew about already. In this case, the press conference ended on a pretty flat note. A lot of people said to themselves, "That's it? That's all?" It felt a little like a concert where the band walks off without doing an encore.

We join you in hoping and praying! lol
