CANDIDA OR VAGINAL INFECTIONS..THE SILENT KILLER...EVEN MEN ARE NOT SAFE.......DON'T WRECK YOURSELF

A yeast infection results from an overgrowth of yeast anywhere in the body.Candida is the most common type of yeast infection, the most common being Candida Albicans.Under certain conditions they can multiply and become numerous causing infection in warm and moist areas of the body ,examples of such infection are Vaginal Yeast infection, thrush (an infection of the tissues of the oral cavity),skin infection, nail bed infection and nappy rash.Candida is a silent killer because its hard to diagnose since it mirrows the symptoms of many other chronic diseases .If youve ever suffered from a constant constipation/diarrhea ,mood swings, unexplainable abdominal pains, frequent headaches, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression and anxiety, blurred vision, chronic muscle and back pain and your doctor hasn't been able to find a lasting solution ,then most likely it is caused by Candida.Together with other microoraganisms ,Candida is found in the intestines of any healthy PERSON.When the conditions are pleasant the yeast stays in place and behaves, but when the immune system becomes compromised or one goes to an environment full of toxins (eg a dirty toilet) the yeast over grows .Antibiotics are strangely the biggest culprits because they kill off the good bacteria and since Candida is resistant to antibiotics this imbalance causes it to over grow and take over ,other factors include  poor nutrition, environmental toxins, drugs, vaccines, and stress.  A poor diet based on over processed carbohydrates and excess sugar will most definitely encourage the proliferation of candida. Some symptoms or health complications of candida are listed below.

Waoh!!! this is quite scary. Even the men are not safe. A Man can get candida through sexual transmission from a woman who has vaginal yeast infection, A weakened immune system from prolonged illness or high stress and from taking antibiotics that kill the right kind of bacteria in the gut.
However all hope is not lost, here are some of the things we can do to prevent the infection as culled from adventuresinwellbeing.com
  1. Detox & Cleanse – It’s no secret that environmental factors play an important role in our health.  There are things that are beyond our control.  Pollutants, Second-hand Smoke, gasoline, etc.  But, to help keep us safe and at least get rid of toxins as much as we can, there’s colon and detox cleanse.  It’s recommended that you detox and cleanse at least 4x a year, once the seasons change.  However, they have specific cleansing formulas designed to eliminate Candida and parasites.
  2. Change Your Diet- Yeast lives off of sugar, and if you are eating a lot of bread, carbohydrates and junk food, you will have a hard time being full of energy & life.  Instead, switch to nice organic fruits and lightly steamed, organic vegetables.  Drink Alkaline, or distilled water whenever possible.   If you make these simple changes to your diet, you will automatically start to see an improvement in your health, energy, and life.
  3. Take a Probiotic-   You have probiotics in your body already, but everyday factors can kill off the healthy bacteria that is doing its job.  So, go to your local vitamin store, and look for the best probiotic to help you maintain a healthy intestinal tract.
Once you feel your body isn't quite on the level,or u get a burning itch or discomfort down there or you experience any of the above symptoms, please RUN TO YOUR MEDICAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER ASAP!!
